The day unfolded like a beautiful, sun-drenched Italian afternoon, starting with a heartfelt ceremony under an ancient stone archway adorned with a vibrant explosion of colourful blooms. The bride, stole the show in a sleek, modern gown with a daring slit, carried a stunning bouquet that mirrored the rich, varied hues that only a Tuscan landscape know how to deliver.

As day turned to evening, guests gathered around long wooden tables set in the villa's charming ‘serra’. The reception decor was a masterful blend of rustic and refined elements, with light blue table runners, an abundance of fresh flowers, and the warm glow of candles and hanging bulbs creating a magical ambiance. The feast that followed was a celebration of local flavors, paired with the finest Tuscan wines, ensuring that the intimate group savored not just the food, but also the joy of sharing this special moment with L&D.

Refined Stationery Reflects the Tuscan Charm

The stationery suite for L&D's intimate Tuscan wedding seamlessly captured the essence of the picturesque venue and the couple's refined aesthetic.The save-the-date card featured a serene watercolor illustration of the Villa di Maiano, the historic villa that served as the stunning backdrop for the celebration. The elegant calligraphy in a soft green ink added a touch of formality, while the layout maintained a relaxed, inviting feel, adorned with the filk stone-washed ribbons. The couple's monogram, rendered in a complementary font, brought together the whole set, presenting itself as the golden element to the couple’s stationery.

We wanted to create a very elegant frame that would adorn the menu sets. Choosing a shade of blue that would be complement the wider stationary layout. What came out was a linear frame, which create with every bloom an understanded floral motif.

Throughout the stationery suite, the use of soft, muted colors and the integration of hand-painted illustrations created a cohesive, visually stunning aesthetic that perfectly complemented the refined, yet relaxed atmosphere of the Tuscan villa.
