Florence, Italy, or as the Italians call it, Firenze, is not only the cradle of the Renaissance but also a treasure trove of medieval architecture and art. This captivating city, adorned with landmarks like the gothic cathedral "The Duomo" and the iconic statue of Michelangelo’s David, is also celebrated as one of the most romantic cities globally.
It was this inherent romance of Florence that captured the heart of bride Laura when she studied abroad there ten years ago. The city also marked the destination for her first romantic getaway with Justin, making it a place brimming with cherished memories. It was no surprise then that when it came to choosing a locale for their elopement, Florence was their immediate choice.
The day unfolded with a private ceremony held at the exquisite venue, Torre di Bellosguardo, which boasts some of the most breathtaking views in Florence. The ceremony was followed by impromptu escapades through the cobbled streets of the city, allowing the couple to soak in the beauty and history of Florence in their own time. The celebrations concluded with a stunning wedding feast designed exclusively for two, marking the perfect end to a beautifully unplanned day filled with love and adventure.

Invest in preserving the moment: For us the day was amazing and we get to relive it whenever we want through the stunning photography and videography
Make it yours: The little details made our day feel like us. A neutral and slightly moody color palette to match our closets. Our two pets with us through custom cufflinks and a custom cake topper. Our music taste incorporated by having ‘our song’ played by a string trio in a garden and a Frank Ocean verse as a reading in our ceremony. Enjoying our two favorite drinks, prosecco and spritzes, as we explored the city. A foodie experience through a five course meal with sommelier pairings.
Build a team with shared mindsets: Our planner and photographer were vital to making our vision a reality, especially halfway across the world. We are fortunate to have had their input in the planning phase and they truly made the day itself stress-free by letting us focus on ourselves.
